Small and medium parcels
Couriers with parcels that do not require the use of a trolley are welcome through the main entrance or the entrances from Czysty Square or Kościuszki Square.
Delivery zone
All deliveries of goods in significant quantities or large in size should be organised in such a way that they do not interfere with access to the complex by other users. This works both ways: users will also not obstruct the unloading and delivery of goods to their destination. This is why everything takes place in the delivery area, which is located on level -2 of the building and is accessible 24 hours a day. From there, the delivery person can use a convenient cargo lift to get to the ground floor of Renoma. The rest of the journey depends on the delivery destination. We are keen to ensure that deliveries run smoothly. To this end, we ask that you notify us about them at least one day before the delivery and provide the registration number of the vehicle that will make the delivery. Deliverers who have not been reported to security will not be allowed into the delivery zone.

REPORTING DELIVERY STEP BY STEP
Log on to globalworth.singufm.com.
Select “New application”.
Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk):
a) Select the notification type: “Delivery/Transport”,
b) Determining the priority of your application,
c) Select an application category,
d) Enter the subject of the application.
Complete the report description and add photos or files, if necessary.
Send your application by clicking the “ADD” button.
Pro tip
If you do not have direct access to the delivery corridor, you can only accept deliveries before the offices open or after they close.
Pro tip
Cars with a maximum height of 3.6 m can enter the delivery zone. Please notify your suppliers accordingly.
Dimensions of the cargo lift
Inform suppliers that they must not block the lift. Remember that not everything would fit into it. For this reason, we have prepared a graphic with the dimensions of the lift at Renoma.
