    Remember that, depending on the provisions of your lease agreement, you can place your logo and company name in various places in the common areas of the Renoma building.

    WHERE CAN I PLACE COMPANY LOGO?

    Entrance information board

    Your company name can appear on an information board at the entrance to the building.

    Lift corridor

    Your company name will also appear on the information board next to the lifts on the ground floor. In this case, you can choose the name, but the appearance of the text is predetermined and cannot be modified.

    Information board at reception

    Your company name will also appear on an information board located on the 1st floor at reception. You can choose the name you want to use, but the look of the caption must match the design of the building.

    Entrance to the office

    You can put a logo sticker on the door leading to your office, but remember that you are responsible for removing it when you move out of the office.

    You can contact her about almost anything. She will help you with both financial and administrative matters. In particular, she will be the person who draws up a lease, issues an invoice, settles the utility bills or provides you with details of the building’s maintenance. She also co-ordinates marketing, advertising signage, short-term leases and event organisation.

    Deals with administrative and financial matters. In particular, you can reach out to her to settle your lease and tenant’s balance, as well as for matters relating to invoices or the settlement of utility bills. She may also contact you for debt collection (although it is not recommended that you allow this to happen) or to obtain security for the lease.
