Responsible for operational matters, but also widely understood coordination, supervision of building maintenance and relations with tenants. Responsible for marketing coordination, advertising signage, concluding contracts for short-term rental of premises and space, and event organization. She is therefore an invaluable person for tenants. She knows all the necessary information about the building, so she will answer any question and suggest how to solve any problem.

You can contact her about almost anything. She will help you with both financial and administrative matters. In particular, she will be the person who issues an invoice, settles the utility bills or provides you with details of the building’s maintenance.
