Responsible for marketing coordination, advertising signage, concluding contracts for short-term rental of premises and space, and event organization. She is therefore an invaluable person for tenants. She knows all the necessary information about the building, so she will answer any question and suggest how to solve any problem.

Deals with operational and financial matters. In particular, you can reach out to her to settle your lease and tenant’s balance, as well as for all operational matters. She may also contact you for debt collection (although it is not recommended that you allow this to happen) or to obtain security for the lease.
