ARCHITECTURE
The designers came up with an idea of a department store with two glass-covered courtyards to provide additional light and better air circulation. A distinctive horizontal window arrangement was used on the upper floors. The façade of the building is decorated with ceramic cornices, pine cones, masts and sculptures of human heads from different continents. On the one hand, the latter show openness to others and, on the other, are intended to testify to the fact that the goods come from all over the world. The overall architectural composition creates a spectacular effect.
