    WHERE CAN I CALL THE LIFT THROUGH THE APP?

    You can call a lift through the app on any floor if you are near it.

    DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO REPEAT THE ACTION?

    When the lift is called up for the first time using the app, you will be asked whether to set the selected floor as the destination floor. Thanks to this, the indicated floor will be automatically selected on subsequent calls.

    HOW TO MAKE THE DOOR OPEN AUTOMATICALLY?

    Automatic opening and notifications will only work for a given lock if you have already opened it once with the ‘Open’ function in the Keychain.

    Automatic opening may not work in some buildings and passageways.

    In some cases, the automatic opening function and the distance at which it is activated can be adjusted in the settings for the specific lock.

    WILL I BE ABLE TO ENTER THE OFFICE ON THE WEEKEND?

    You can enter the office whenever you need – regardless of the day of the week and time.

    WILL THE GATE OPEN AUTOMATICALLY WHEN I PULL UP?

    Please note that the automatic opening option is not available for the garage door and the barrier. After getting within the device’s operating range (5–10 m from the gate), you should always confirm opening on the smartphone screen, preferably by clicking
    the notification on the main screen or via the widget.

    It is not necessary to stop in front of the gate; a notification will be displayed when the vehicle is driven along the entire length of the ramp.

    However, we recommend taking extra care when using the app in your car and making sure that your activity does not pose a risk for you or anyone nearby!
