    Pets

We love dogs, so we have no objection to them accompanying their owners at Renoma. However, for the sake of hygiene and the comfort of the building’s occupants, we require certain rules to be followed:

In the building, animals must be kept on a lead or carried in bags or trolleys. Large dogs or dogs of aggressive breeds must be muzzled.

If something goes wrong, the owner is fully responsible for their pet, especially for biting people or other dogs and for any damage caused.

The owner is obliged to clean up after their dog.

The manager’s permission for the dog to be in the building applies to common areas. It is up to the individual tenants to decide whether dogs may enter their areas.

It is strictly forbidden for dog owners to:

    • bring dogs that are aggressive towards people or other animals,
    • leave dogs unattended,
    • bring a dog if they are minors,
    • use escalators with dogs,
    • allow dogs to climb on chairs, benches, sofas and other furniture.

    Pro Tip

Following the above rules, you are allowed to bring not only a dog but also a cat, a ferret, a guinea pig, a hamster or a tortoise into the premises of the Renoma.
