Plan your move
Here comes the day when you find yourself in your new dream office. What a wonderful feeling! Still, something less pleasant first… Moving! Nobody likes this time-consuming process, but with our tips, everything should go smoothly.
Premises handover
Representatives of your company with the necessary powers of attorney to sign the handover protocol must be present at the office handover session. We recommend taking your photo record at that time. During office handover, together with a protocol that must be signed by an authorised person, we will also provide access cards and keys.

Pro tip
Sometimes furniture and equipment can be put into the premises before they are formally handed over. It is worth checking in the lease agreement whether it is allowed to do so.
Delivery hours
The delivery of new furniture or office equipment, as well as the entire move, must be scheduled by you for the evening hours (between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.) to limit inconvenience to other tenants.

Each large-volume shipment follows a well-defined route within the building. The route always starts in the delivery zone on level -2, from where shipments are taken to the ground floor in a comfortable cargo lift. The further route depends on the delivery destination, but should be agreed with security.
Pro tip
Cars with a maximum height of 3.6 m can enter the delivery zone. Please notify your suppliers accordingly.
Dimensions of the cargo lifts
Inform the moving company (and other suppliers) that they must not block the cargo lift. Remember that not everything would fit into it. For this reason, we have prepared a graphic with the dimensions of the cargo lifts at Renoma.
