Our cleaning company
Amlux company is responsible for maintaining the common parts of the building.
Would you like it to keep your workplace clean as well? No problem! Simply contact their representative. The frequency and scope of services depends on you. Cleaning can be carried out even on weekends.
However, you have full freedom in choosing a company that will take care of your workplace. Please note that once you have signed a contract with a cleaning company, the property manager should receive the following information from you:
- the name of the cleaning company,
- registered office details,
- the details of the individual responsible for supervising the cleaning works and the details of the people responsible for the works on your premises.
You will need access cards for people responsible for cleaning your workplace. You should request them by submitting the appropriate form at the office reception. They are issued for a fee.

Pro tip
Cleaning is only one of the services provided by Amlux. By signing a separate contract with the company, you can also have your premises disinfected. If you would like to order this service, please contact a representative.

We are committed to environmentally friendly solutions and expect you to do the same – so please sort your waste according to current guidelines. Where to put it? Containers are waiting on level -2, in the delivery area.

You have our support in caring for the environment. Our building is equipped with Wastetracker, a digital waste monitoring system. Waste analysis will help you decide how to reduce your waste and to what extent. This innovation enables you to get the data you need for ESG reporting and reduce your negative impact on the planet.

Responsible for operational matters, but also widely understood coordination, supervision of building maintenance and relations with tenants. Responsible for marketing coordination, advertising signage, concluding contracts for short-term rental of premises and space, and event organization. She is therefore an invaluable person for tenants. She knows all the necessary information about the building, so she will answer any question and suggest how to solve any problem.

Deals with operational and financial matters. In particular, you can reach out to her to settle your lease and tenant’s balance, as well as for all operational matters. She may also contact you for debt collection (although it is not recommended that you allow this to happen) or to obtain security for the lease.
