TECHNICAL SERVICE
The technical service for the building is provided by Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne Sp. z o.o., which is responsible, among other things, for repairs or clarifying technical issues in the leased premises.
Pro tip
Need help with some minor maintenance work? No problem! The technical service provides “handyman” services for a fee.
Reporting malfunctions
Malfunctions can happen even in the best building. But in a top-notch building like ours, this situation is not a cause for concern. The malfunction should just be reported via Singu Globalworth and we will take care of the rest. There is one catch, however, in the small print: only the person designated by the tenant of the premises to report a malfunction can do so.
REPORTING A MALFUNCTION STEP BY STEP
Log on to globalworth.singufm.com.
Select “New ticket”.
Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk):
a) Select the notification type: “Defect”,
b) Determining the priority of your application,
c) Select an application category,
d) Enter the subject of the application.
Complete the report description and add photos or files, if necessary.
Send your application by clicking the “ADD” button.
After the service repairs the fault, you will receive an e-mail notification that your request has been completed. You can then close the ticket in the Singu app (Report-Status-Close Ticket).
